EXTRA & CONTACT

Albinism is not "contagious". No one can develop albinism by coming in contact with person who has albinism.  People with albinism are just like us, they only have a problem with pigment. Just because some humans have lighter skin or animals are white (such as the fur of polar bears), they do not have albinism.
Calling someone an "albino" can be very rude and hurtful. It is essentially segregating them and placing them into a certain group.
